Engagement approach
- Discover — inventory platforms, current MDM/MECM state, policy debt, and Conditional Access dependencies.
- Design — enrollment methods, compliance, Autopilot, apps, and update rings with named owners.
- Pilot — ring-based rollout with success metrics, rollback criteria, and helpdesk scripts.
- Operate — handover documentation, reporting views, and a steady-state review cadence.
Capabilities checklist
- Autopilot user-driven and self-deploying scenarios
- Enrollment Status Page and provisioning diagnostics
- Endpoint security baselines via Intune
- Company Portal experience and user messaging
- Reporting for compliance, app, and update health
Who it is for
IT leaders responsible for Windows and mobile fleets who need Intune as a production operations platform — especially organizations connecting device compliance to Conditional Access, Microsoft 365, and future AI tooling.
FAQs
How long does an Intune foundation engagement usually take?
Most mid-market estates complete discovery and a production-ready pilot in weeks, then expand by ring. Timeline depends on app complexity, Autopilot readiness, and co-management scope.
Do you replace Configuration Manager entirely?
Not by default. We stabilize what MECM still does well (often OSD or complex app delivery) and slide workloads to Intune where cloud management is the better fit.
Can Conditional Access wait until after enrollment?
You can stage policies, but device trust should be designed with Entra ID from the start so compliance is not bolted on after users are already blocked.
Do you train our helpdesk?
Yes. Handover includes operator runbooks, common ESP and compliance failure patterns, and escalation paths.
Which device platforms do you cover?
Windows is the core of most engagements. We extend to iOS/Android and other platforms when licensing and business requirements call for it.
